Our UK luggage allowance
A journey with us is a journey with everything you need, and we mean everything. Our generous luggage allowance is one of the key reasons people love to travel with us, but to ensure a hassle-free experience, please comply with our UK (domestic) luggage policy below.

Want to carry more luggage?
Did you know you can add additional luggage as an optional extra when booking your ticket? Simply select the extra luggage option on the Add Extras page when booking your ticket and save vs on-the-day charges.
Extra luggage is currently only available on UK journeys. A maximum of 3 additional items can be placed in the hold.
- Online additional luggage charge - £10 per additional luggage item for a single journey, £20 for a return.
- Offline additional luggage charge - £15 per additional luggage item for a single journey, £30 for a return. This includes purchasing at coach stations, travel shops and our Contact Centre.
